How to Submit Your Return Application
Just fill in the form on the contact us page, and provide your correct Order and the email address associated with the order, and describe the returning reason in session Messages / Comments.
We will get back to you within 24hr (on a working day).
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in superganteh warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Returns must include all accessories
Items must include original packaging
For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
For non-quality related warranty claims, supergantech refunds the cost of the product itself
Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund/exchange to be issued.
*Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Shipping Costs Covered by Buyer
·Returning for reasons besides a proven defect/ product quality issue.
·Returning items claimed to be defective, but it was certified by the quality control team that the product was free of quality issue and functional.
·Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).
·Some countries outside of the U.S. may impose additional taxes and/or duties, such as VAT, to import an order. The taxes and/or duties related to an order are the responsibility of the customer.
Not Covered Under 30 Days Exchange/ Return Warranty
·Non product quality issues (after 30 days of delivery).
·Items that have expired their warranty period.
·Products without sufficient proof of purchase or purchases from unauthorized resellers.
·Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly).
Supergantech is not liable for:
1. Data loss due to use of syx products.
2. Return personal items sent to supergantech.
supergantech will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit.
Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.

Plus, we will not process a package claiming to have not been received 10 days after the carrier has indicated that the order has been delivered. (PLEASE do inform us immediately when you did not received the package, let’s see how can we help!)
